The Game is Solas City Heroes by MrZed, a Streets of Rage-like sexfight beat em up. The newly released Rise of the Succubus DLC allows you to have custom made villains as minions on the stage. In this hardcore run, half of the minions are replaced with these custom villains. The difficulty is set to Hard+Hardcore and more details can be found in the game dev's discord server.
